Decide on the amount you would like for your limit. That is the amount you will put down as your security deposit. You can put down as little as $1000. or as much as $10,000.
If you decide to cancel, just pay off the outstanding balance and you’ll get your security deposit back from Home Trust. Home Trust is a Member of Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC)(1 800 461-2342).
The Home Trust Secured VISA Card is reported on the credit bureau. To re-establish your credit be sure to pay it before the due date and keep it up to date.
