This was now my third mortgage I have gotten, this being the first one thru Winona. My experience prior to this was none the less short of almost horrible. I work fulltime and appointments were always having to be made during working hours whereas with Winona she accommodated me after work, on the weekends, and even came to my office when documents needed to be signed. What really impressed me the most when I started working with Winona was how kind she was. She was very professional yet sympathetic to what I was going thru and was always willing to lend an ear to listen or try and comfort away the tears. She was working for ME and you could truly see this shine thru…she was going to stop at NOTHING to get me the best deal and mortgage. It paid off… I got the best rate possible and was now on my way to happiness in my new house…it would NOT of been possible without Winona by my side fighting tooth and nail for me. This was a tremendously hard mortgage with a lot of work put into it….but she is a CHAMP…and she did it!!!
